Stan Hustad
Stan describes himself as "a
communicator and a coach, helping and inspiring people to
take full responsibility for improving their personal and
organizational performance."

He knows that most men and women can achieve breakthrough performance and true success if they have support, encouragement, sound strategies, and a touch of wisdom in their lives and in the workplace. When people are "coached" in this way, and by working with others who give them insight, instruction, and inspiration, they can put life systems in place to help them focus, stay on track, communicate with high impact, increase their awareness, have greater influence, and maintain their physical, mental, and emotional balance. They live with less stress, enjoy life more, and achieve extraordinary results.
Stan was a teacher and then worked in church missions and international broadcasting for nearly 10 years; working and living with his family in the Caribbean, Latin America, and in Europe. He was a working broadcaster, program manager, and a management and communications trainer. He worked with Trans World Radio, Radio Netherlands; and was trained by the BBC.
Stan is the creator and President of the PTM Group, a performance coaching service, and is an adjunct college instructor in communications, and organization development. As an inspiring speaker, coach, facilitator, and workshop leader, he assists men and women to take charge of their lives, pursue their hopes and dreams, and to make their unique mark in the world.
